In a following post ,we will see how to Integrate(merge) two or more calendars events with another calendar in SharePoint 2013.
We can achieve this by using Calendar Overlay feature ,it is a feature which allows us to view data from several different lists.
As part of demo I have created 3 calendar list named as First Calendar,Second Calendar and Third Calendar.
I have created couple of events in First and Second Calendars. you can see them in following snap shots.
Now, In our third Calendar , We want to show the first and second calendar events.For this follow below steps.
Navigate to 3rd Calendar ,Expand "Calendar" at ribbon and click on "Calendars Overlay" as shown in below image.
On Calendar Overlay settings, click on "New Calendar".
Select the appropriate calendar list and click on OK.(repeating 2 times as we are merging two calendars here).
To Populate the list click on "Resolve" button.
Now we can see the overlay settings as below.
Click on OK, which will navigates to our "Third Calendar",Now we can see the merged Events of Calendar 1 and Calendar 2.
